This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4873/2022 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur Sessions Division, Ariyalur.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
