This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5(C) that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16220 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
