ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.135 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.3, Vellore on 01.07.2025. He further submitted that PRC number has also been assigned and that committal proceedings is pending.

3. In view of the above, the Magistrate is directed to expedite the committal proceedings and commit the case to the Special Court concerned as early as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
