ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent/wife filed a memo stating that the dispute between the petitioner/husband and the respondent/wife got settled in a mediation before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the same was recorded. All the litigation pending between the parties including the civil revision petition was quashed by the Hon'ble Apex Court as per the order dated 08.09.2025 in SLP.No.11969 of 2023.

2. Recording the said memo, the civil revision petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.

3. The memo is recorded in view of the quashment of this civil revision by Hon'ble Apex Court in above mentioned SLP.
