ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that on 03.12.2021 the petitioner's brother came in his own Honda Dream Bike bearing Registration No.TN 39 BR 1113 to pick the petitioner from Dharapuram bus stand and started travelling towards Therpothai by Tharapuram to Pulavaadi road. While travelling near Vengitipalaiyam Annamalai rice mill, a lorry came from west to east in a rash and negligent manner and caused the accident. The driver of the lorry ran away as soon as he hit the petitioner's brother vehicle and petitioner's brother had severe injuries on his right forehead. On 05.12.2021 one of the petitioner's relation finalised the incident by CCTV footage and later number and owner of the vehicle was identified by the police. It is further averred that the Police Officer conducted enquiry in what's app call and there was no proper enquiry but the Dharapuram Police registered the FIR vide No.1360/2022 dated 05.12.2021. Hence the petitioner sent representation dated 05.07.2022 to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd

respondents but there was no reply. Since there was no response, the petitioner had filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 05.07.2022.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a case has been registered in FIR No.1360 of 2021 under Sections 279, 337 IPC and assured that they would consider the petitioners representation within a period of two weeks and conduct enquiry.

5. Recording the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2022, on merits and in accordance with law and conduct enquiry in this case and complete the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
