This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide the reliefs sought in the grievance petition (Demand for performance of duty) dated 10.06.2024 with appropriate compensation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that the petitioner's EPF Account was maintained by Hyderabad RPFC and the petitioner has made a representation to transfer the EPF Account from Hyderabad RPFC to Delhi RPFC and accordingly, the EPF account of the petitioner and the amount lying in the EPF Account have been transferred to Delhi RPFC.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. However, the respondents are directed to update about the transfer of EPF Account and the EPF Amount, in UAN Portal, if not updated.
