Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Ref.No.5333/E1/2013 dated 21.05.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty at Government Hospital, Thittagudi, Cuddalore District.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the order of Deputation issued by the first respondent in proceeding dated 21.05.2013. The petitioner was relieved from his duty on 21.05.2013.

2. At the outset, the order of deputation states that the petitioner was deputed to attend the LSAS Training for 24 weeks from 22.05.2013. The writ petitioner has attended the Deputation LSAS Training from 22.05.2013 for 24 weeks at ISO & KGH, Triplicane, Chennai and he was relieved from his duty on 21.05.2013. Since, the period of training has already been completed, the cause arose for consideration in the present writ petition has become vanished.

3. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
