This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the docket order dated 19.07.2019 made in I.A.No.356 of 2011 in O.S.No.156 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Udumalpet.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted before this Court that pursuant to the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, the revision petitioner has withdrawn the deposited amount. Therefore, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
