ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.242 of 2019, pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order. The investigation conducted by the 3rd respondent shall be monitored by the 2nd respondent, viz, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thitakudi.
