This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the restoration petition in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 06.11.2024. 6. If the cost is not paid on or before 06.11.2024, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without further reference to this Court.
