ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 07.04.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 07.04.2026 before the respondents seeking patta transfer on his name in respect of Plot No.1 Iyyancherry Main Road, measuring 1710 sq.ft comprised in S.No.93/1A (Old S.No.93/1) situated in Iyyancherry village, Vandalur Taluk, Chengalpet district. However, the said application was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 07.04.2026 will be considered within a period of six weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 07.04.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
