ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 11944 of 2026 vide order dated 07.05.2026.

2. The learned Government counsel (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government counsel (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No. 11944 of 2026 vide order dated 07.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 01-07-2026 DRL To 1.The Inspector of Police Voimedu Police Station, Nagapattinam District.
