2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. I am satisfied myself with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay of 828 days in filing the set aside petition to set aside the order dated 08.02.2023 and restore the civil revision petition as against the respondents 1 and 3.

4. The delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
