This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.3, the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders, by order of this Court in Crl.MP.No.5885 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 in Crl.OP.No.28059 of 2022 dated 16.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed in this matter but the same has not taken on file.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
