This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1937/11 on the file of the respondent and file a final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been made ready to be filed before the learned XVII th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. 3.The respondent police is directed to serve the RCS notice on the defacto complainant and file the closure report before the concerned Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is left open to the defacto complainant to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
