Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modified the conditions (a) The petitioner shall make a nonrefundable deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of the Chief Educational Officer, Ariyalur District for the rehabilitation and improvement of the basis needs of the Government school sin the said district under necessary acknowledgment, without prejudice to his defence before the trial court and submit the proof of payment of the said amount before the aforesaid learned Judicial Magistrate, who after perusing the challan / receipt/acknowledgment, shall accept the sureties furnished by the petitioner Orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20081 of 2021 dated 26.10.
2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ILAYARAJA KANDASAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 27.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.20081 of 2021, wherein, the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.

2. This court granted bail to the petitioner on 27.10.2021 imposing the condition that he should deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only). Since the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit the said amount and was granted bail. However, now the petitioner filed the modification petition to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20081 of 2021 dated 27.10.2021.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the amount imposed by this Court is based on petitioner representation and no interference is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
