C.M.P.No.20006 of 2021 in A.S.No.534 of 2006 G.ARUL MURUGAN,J.

The sole appellant in the appeal died. This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners herein as the appellants 2 to 6 in appeal as the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent in A.S.No.534 of 2006 has no objection in allowing this petition.

3.Perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and list the matter on 29.11.2023.
