This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to clarify the order dated 06.06.2022 made in the above Writ Appeal in W.A.No.237 of 2022.

2.Upon hearing the submissions advanced on either side, we are of the view that no further clarification is required in this case and the Judgment dated 06.06.2022 holds good.

4. Hence, this Petition is dismissed. It is open to the Petitioner to file a Review or an Appeal before the Hon'ble Apex Court, if he is so aggrieved.
