Crl.M.P.No.11193 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.15370 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25121 of 2022 P. DHANABAL,J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 3 that "the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.15370 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25121 of 2022 dated 27.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and investigation is almost completed and there is no previous case pending against the petitioner.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15370 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25121 of 2022 dated 27.09.2023 is relaxed in toto.00 06.08.2024 ssi https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
