This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by instigating and forcing him to pay a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Only) and the belongings, without following the due course of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Antony Fathima @ Leona, petition enquiry in CSR.No.322 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
