These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21463 of 2023 dated 18.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21463 of 2023 dated 18.11.2022 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
