2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of one week's time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2127 of 2023 dated 19.07.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
