This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14863 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the other conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner directed to deposit a sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.348 of 2024 before the Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order copy.
