The challenge in the Writ Petition is the order dated 22.05.2003 fixing the fees structure for the School. Admittedly, the fees structure had undergone several revisions and currently, the fees structure fixed in proceedings dated 22.05.2003, is not in force. Therefore, the grounds raised in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
this Writ Petition deserve no further consideration and it is left open to the Writ Petitioner to redress any grievance, if he is still aggrieved from and out of any subsequent revision of fees structure.
