ORDER

This Court, by order dated 02.08.2024 allowed this Civil Revision petition with a direction to the IV Additional District Judge, Ponneri to complete the suit proceedings in O.S.No.558 of 2022 without further delay, preferably within a period of six months.

2. Now the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ponneri in and by communication bearing D.No.610 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 has written to the Registry of this Court stating reasons for not being able to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.558 of 2022 within the time limit fixed by this Court. Hence, the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ponneri seeks further time of six months to dispose of the above suit.

3. It is seen from the communication that the suit is now posted for examination of P.W.1 and only after the learned Judge has taken coercive steps, witnesses have been examined in the suit.

4. I find that the request of the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ponneri for extension of time is reasonable and this Court is inclined to grant a further period of six months as sought for by the learned Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. Accordingly, direction is issued to the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ponneri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.558 of 2022 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 06-08-2025 To
