ORDER

The plaintiff is the revision petitioner, who seeks expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.418 of 2022 for declaration, recovery of possession and permanent injunction, pending on the file of the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the materials available on record.

4. Admittedly, the suit is pending from the year 2022 and it is at the part heard stage. In view of the above, the XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.418 of 2023 finally, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
