Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certioraified Mandamus, calling for the records of the Respondent herein, pertaining to the order bearing No.Na.Ka.B3/12095/2002 dated 21.5.2002, and quash the same and consequentially direct the respondent herein to permit the petitioner herein to run the shop for extra period during which it has been illegally closed in pursuance of the impugned order.
