ORDER

The order of interim stay has been in operation from 08.01.2021. The pleadings are complete. Hence, the Writ Petition itself has been directed to be taken up by my predecessor. I do not find any reason to vacate the stay granted after a lapse of nearly five years. The interim stay is made absolute. Hence, the petition to vacate stay is dismissed.
