The earlier application was filed in A.No.4043 of 2022 seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing application to restore the suit in C.S.No.126 of 2019, which had been dismissed by an order dated 28.06.2022, was allowed on 23.09.2022.

2.These are consequential applications seeking to restore the suit, since the delay had been condoned and also incidentally the connected applications filed along with the suit.

3.In view of the fact that applications are allowed, consequently, C.S.No.126 of 2019 is restored back to file, and connected applications namely, A.No.1153 of 2019, A.No.1154 of 2019, A.No.1155 of 2019 A.No.1774 of 2019, O.A.No.128 of 2019 are restored back to file.
