Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2.Learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has got serious objection in allowing the above petition.

3.Notice sent to the 1st respondent has been returned as unclaimed. Simultaneously, the private notice sent to the 1st respondent is served and his name is also printed in the cause list. 4.The 1st petitioner would mainly aver that on account of the accident that took place on 27.08.2019, she has lost her husband and in order to mobilize necessary funds towards litigation expenses, a delay of 386 days occurred. 5.Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered on the condition that the interest for the delay period shall stand waived.
