ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 04.02.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 04.02.2026 before the respondent seeking separate patta on his favour in respect of S.Nos.729/2A1 (63 cents) 729/2A2 (29 cents) 729/2A4 (50 cents) 729/2A5 (34 cents) 737/8C (111 cents) 734/21 (30.5 cents) 734/37 (1 acre, 2 cents) to the total extent of 4.195 acre, situated at South Avinashipalayam Revenue Village. However, the said application was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner's online application dated 04.02.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 04.02.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight
(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
