The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to appoint the petitioner in the VAO post under the SC (women) category by considering her representation dated 02.05.2013.
2. According to the petitioner she has secured necessary cut-off mark and she was called for certificate verification. After verification, appointment order was not issued in her favour though she was fully qualified.
3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the grievance of the petitioner as detailed in her representation dated 02.05.2013 seeking for appointment had been suitably replied to her rejecting her request by office memo No:024707236/PSD-E/VAO/2012 dated 05.07.2014.
