During the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner, who was working earlier as Assistant was promoted as Personal Assistant to the Special Officer. In view of the said promotion, his earlier transfer becomes infructuous and nothing left in this writ petition for adjudication any further. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed.
