PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2025 and to take action against the second respondent on the basis of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 13.06.2025 in respect of lands in Survey Nos.92/2, 92/3, 92/8, 92/9 and 175/6 of KalitheerthalKuppam Revenue Village, Villianur Taluk and time may be fixed by this Court and pass orders.
