(CRIME NO.134/2016) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court CRL.MP.NO.4656 of 2021 in CRL.OP.NO.3323 of 2021 by an order dated 15.04.2021 that the petitioner has to appear before the Learned Principal District and Session Court once in a week i.e every monday 10.30 a.m and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.VIJAYA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4656 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.3323 of 2021 on 15.04.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month for interrogation on receipt of summons.
