ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is one more case where the agricultural land is being converted, and the allegation is of conversion of the agricultural land into plots without there being any approved layout. The learned counsel for respondent No.3/Panchayat also states that no permission has been sought from the Panchayat as per G.O.Ms.No.255/1997, dated 18.08.1997. The agricultural land is in S.No.173/3, Kilkavarpet village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District.

2. We are of the view that same directions would be applicable in the present case, as in W.P.No.12847 of 2013, decided on 27.06.2016 and the writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
