JUDGMENT

M.S.RAMESH, J.

and R.SAKTHIVEL, J.

In the order impugned in this appeal, the authority had fixed the age at 58 years. Aggrieved against the same, the Management had challenged the modified order before the learned Single Judge.

2.While passing final orders in the Writ Petition, the learned Single Judge had set aside the order and directed the authority to reconsider the matter afresh. On remand, the second respondent had once again reiterated the earlier order, after giving opportunities to all the parties and fixed the retirement age for the workmen of the company at 58 years. 3.Thus, the grievance of the appellant Union stands redressed and hence no further orders are required in this appeal. However, if the Management is aggrieved against the said order, it is always open to them to exercise its right in an appropriate manner as per law. 4.The Writ Appeal stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected C.M.P.No.30278 of 2025 is closed. (M.S.R,J.) (R.S.V,J.) 04-12-2025 kas Index; yes / no Speaking / Non Speaking
