ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenue alleging that her daughter, namely, Kokila, D/o.Jai Shankar, aged about 21 years has been found missing from 13.04.2016.

When this matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the girl was secured and she has already been handed over to her parents.
