Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.14707 of 2021 dated 19.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PARTHIKANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 19.08.2021, this Court had this Court had granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions.

3. In view of the above submission, considering that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
