The above application is filed to amend the address of the 1st respondent / 1st defendant in the short and long cause title.

2. Considering the fact that the application is filed only to amend the short and long cause title by substituting the address, the same is allowed. The plaintiff shall carryout the amendment and file the amendment copy of the plaint within 10 days from today.
