Considering the request made by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore, by letter dated 29.09.2020, seeking extension of time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.37/2019 pending on his file, as per the order passed by this Court in CMA.No.3364/2019 dated 03.01.2020, this Court grants finally three months time to dispose of the matter. It is made clear that no further time extension shall be given.
