:Defendant This Civil suit praying this Hon'ble court be pleased to a. directing the Defendant to pay the Plaintiff a sum of Rs.1,38,86,759.94/- (Rupees One Crore thiry eight lakhs eighty six thousand seven hundred and fifty nine and ninety four paise only) with further interest at 9% on Rs.91,40,976.66 p.a. from the date of Plaint till the date of realization.

This Civil suits coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- In view of the order passed in the applications, this Court directs P.W.1 to appear before the learned Additional Master III on 21.08.2019. The learned counsel appearing for the defendant is directed to cross examine P.W.1 on 21.08.2019 and the same shall be completed on or before 28.08.2019 and thereafter, this Court directs D.W.1 to appear before learned Additional Master on 05.09.2019 and directs the learned counsel for the plaintiff to continue the cross examination of D.W.1 and the same shall be completed on or before 20.09.2019 on day to day basis. 2.

The learned Additional Master-III is directed to permit the counsel to cross examine the witness on a day to day basis.

Both the parties are directed to file written arguments on or before 16.10.2019 based on the issues. 4.

List this matter before the Court on 31.10.2019 for arguments.
