O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the 4th respondent states that he has obtained instructions qua the current position in respect of the construction scheme for construction of Toilets under the Total Rural Sanitation Programme. As per instruction, the work is stated to have been complete and the completion certificate is expected to be issued within two weeks whereafter the subsidy will be given.

2.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same.
