[Order of this Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' ['Crl.MP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.Captioned Crl.MP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of the Detention Order and Grounds of Detention (English & Tamil) bearing reference C.M.P.No.28/Goonda/2022(M1) dated 02.10.2022 on the file of the second respondent.

3.Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned counsel on record for the petitioner is before us. Learned counsel submits that certified copy of the detention order and grounds of detention have been misplaced and that has necessitated filing of captioned Crl.MP.

4.Issue notice. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the respondents. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned order and grounds have been filed, the reason given i.e., reason that petitioner has misplaced the original order and grounds is accepted.
