ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the husband of of one R.Sabeena Anjum. They got two daughters by name Ayesha Ambreen and Afrah Afsheen. On the allegation,that these three are illegally detained by the third respondent, who is the father of the said Sabeena Anjum, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.V.M.R.Rajentren submitted that all the three are now in the residing along with the third respondent happily and there is no illegal detention.

3. Mr.Sambamurthy representing the 3rd respondent submitted that Sabeena Anjum has already filed a divorce petition before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai and the same is pending in O.P.No.33/2016. He would further submit that all the three are now happily with the third respondent.

4. Having heard the said submission of the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would work out his remedy before the Family Court.

5. The said submission is recorded. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and the petition is therefore, dismissed.
