..Respondents in both the petitions Prayer in W.P.No.21678 of 2003:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of IS:14543 1998 Packaged Drinking Water (other than Packaged Natural Mineral Water) Specification of the 3rd respondent as amended by Amendment No.3 May 2001 to IS 14543 : 1998 Packaged Drinking Water (Other than Natural Mineral Water) Specification and quash the same insofar as it directs the packaging of water to be in "colourless, transparent" containers.

Prayer in W.P.No.21679 of 2003: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the representation dated 25.04.2003 and 10.07.2003 in accordance with law. For Petitioner : Ms.C.Uma (in both the petitions) For Respondents: Mrs.Swarnalatha, CGSC, for RR1 to 3 (in both the petitions) : Ms.M.Lalitha, G.A., for R4 COMMON ORDER When the matter came up for hearing on 11.07.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner reports "no instruction" and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
