JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned counsel for the appellant restricted his submission by stating that the appellant/Accused No.6 may be permitted to move a fresh bail petition after the charge sheet is laid by the respondent police.

It is needless to state that on filing of any such fresh bail petition, it is to be considered uninfluenced by the findings, if any, made in the order impugned, which is the subject matter of the present criminal appeal.
