ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 489 A, 489 B, 489 C and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.364 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 09.10.2021, the respondent police were on regular patrol duty. At that time, the petitioner along with other accused was found in possessions of counterfeit notes for Rs.4,66,33,416/-. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 40 days from 09.10.2021 and would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise objection stating that more than four Crores involved in this case and investigation is still pending and if the petitioner is released on bail, there is every possibility of the petitioner getting abscond and the investigation would be stalled.

5.Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the investigation has not been completed and that more than Rs.4 Crore of counterfeit money is involved in this case and therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
