JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the order dated 19.07.2019 made in W.M.P.No.36474 of 2018 in W.P.No.31289 of 2018, the present appeal has been filed.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the matter has been settled and seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

3. In view of the above, the writ appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
