ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to conduct enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner and to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.907 of 2023 by the third respondent Police and it was closed on 19.07.2023.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition except giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the concerned Magistrate Court under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., and work out his remedy.
